Questions
What is the cost of membership?
Membership costs are $15 per semester. Dues are due by TBD, 2025, at 11:59 pm.
Are all majors allowed to join?
Yes! Product Experience Lab welcomes all majors. While we especially encourage students interested in or majoring in MIS, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurship, anyone passionate about developing their professional skills in digital innovation is welcome to join.
When are PXL meetings?
General Body Meetings (GBMs) are held every Wednesday at 12:30 PM in PG-244, starting on September 17, 2025.

What is the weekly time commitment?
On average, members commit 1–3 hours per week through GBMs, socials, and collaboration events. We encourage you to participate as much as possible. The more you put in, the more you get out of PXL!
How often does SDSU Product Experience Lab recruit members, and how many members do they accept?
We recruit members at the beginning of each Fall and Spring Semester, but accept members year-round. The membership application and membership costs are due by TBD.
SDSU Product Experience Lab does not cap how many members we accept each semester. Anyone interested in professional development and personal growth is encouraged to join!
To become a member, you must:
1. Complete the membership application.
2. Pay your dues by the deadline.
Can I get refunded for my membership dues?
No. Membership dues are non-refundable, as they directly support member perks and semester programming. Please see our Bylaws for details.
What if I can’t attend a General Body Meeting?
No worries! We understand schedules can be busy. Meeting updates will be posted on Slack, and you can always reach out to our Membership Director with questions.
